Shipping & Returns

Delivery times

You will receive your order within approximately 2 to 3 working days.

During promotional periods or special campaigns, delivery times may be extended due to a high volume of orders.

Orders with store collection may take between 7 and 15 working days to be ready for collection.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders over €60.

For orders under €60:

  • Store collection is free.
  • Home delivery or delivery to a collection point costs €5.90.

CHILL fillings always have a €5.90 delivery charge, regardless of the total order value.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands: the minimum order value is €250 and delivery costs €19.90.

We do not deliver to Ceuta, Melilla or PO boxes.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or report an issue.

You can manage this free of charge from your account by accessing your order and selecting “Request a return”.

To return your order, you can choose between:

  • Requesting home collection.
  • Returning your order to one of our stores.
