A great choice for cold climates or low-heated bedrooms.</p><p>The down, sourced from the finest parts of the bird such as the neck and underwing areas, is known for its lightness and high insulating power. Delivery times

You will receive your order within approximately 2 to 3 working days.

During promotional periods or special campaigns, delivery times may be extended due to a high volume of orders.

Orders with store collection may take between 7 and 15 working days to be ready for collection.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders over €60.

For orders under €60:

• Store collection is free.
• Home delivery or delivery to a collection point costs €5.90.

CHILL fillings always have a €5.90 delivery charge, regardless of the total order value.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands: the minimum order value is €250 and delivery costs €19.90.

We do not deliver to Ceuta, Melilla or PO boxes.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or report an issue.
